  First and last time here. Got my coffee wrong twice and the taste was different, than the other DD stores.

  Service is so, so bad. They asked me to pay twice after I already paid. It was almost like they were trying to trick me into paying twice. One server gave me coffee and then another different server gave me the muffin. Either disorganized or corrupt.

  I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. They are magically always out of what you want and today I arrived at the drive thru at 5:45 for them to say “we’re closed” meanwhile on the window and online it’s posted to close at 8pm.

  Don't ever ask for anything extra. Egg, sausage, bacon, it doesn't matter. They will charge you for it and you won't get it. I have gone though the drive through and doordash and the same issue happens.Just he aware, it's happened too many times in a short period to be a coincidence. It's either malicious or very poor training/quality control. It's a standard dunkin besides that.
