- DCdanielle cedeno4 days ago1.0Manager was very disrespectful after a worker yelled and screamed at me to pull forward. Ridiculous how they hire people with a disgusting attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I placed and paid for a breakfast order through the app before 11am, received my receipt and pickup code, and when I arrived, I was told my order “didn’t go through.” The worst part was the manager, Teresa. Instead of helping, she raised her voice, completely washed her hands of the issue, and offered no solution other than saying it would “refund in 4 hours if the food isn’t picked up.” No apology. No professionalism. No attempt to fix the problem. No alternate solution. Just attitude and dismissal. Technical issues happen—poor leadership and bad customer service do not.
