  I was specifically driving 1 hour to this place because I knew they were open until 9 PM, and I made it there at 8:45 PM. I placed my order through the drive-thru, and they accepted it. But when I got to the window, they told me they couldn’t make my Cloud Latte. Okay, never mind — maybe they were too lazy to make it 15 minutes before closing, but still. Then the gentleman told me he could make me a regular coffee, and I agreed. BUT then he came back again and said they couldn’t make ANYTHING for me. Why??? I don’t understand. If you’re open until 9 PM, that means customers should be able to order whatever is available until 9 PM. Or do you start packing everything up an hour before your shift ends?

  Sign Says Open till 8:00pm. They locked the doors before 7, and closed at 7:00

  I got the $6 meal deal and specifically told them MANY times that the coffee was hot with milk and sugar. Maybe they didn’t speak English but they just didn’t understand. Then, we got the coffee and STILL NO MILK. the girl at the drive through was very rude too. Don’t come here if you are looking for your order to be correct. It will always be wrong

  They always manage to mess up my order. Why would I PAY for less ice when they just put full ice anyway. The staff is unwelcoming and the owner, Justine I believe, is incredibly unprofessional and believes it’s ok to yell at staff in front of customers. This place needs to be torn down and everyone needs to be fired. I’m contacting corporate.
