- GRGrandma rosieApr 13, 20265.0Love this store. Everyone so helpful. They care for us Seniors. The Manager helped me with my phone. I needed a new charger and he, Mr. Al. Took my phone and picked out a charger that went with my phone. He also gave me his cord to keep. So caring. I am there every week. Being 87 , I know that I can count on everyone to help me as I shop, if needed. Being a cancer patient, the employee's are always there if needed. Love Stop and Shop. Grandma Rosie ❤️

- LGlissy GoyeApr 4, 20262.0Today I went to Keyport Stop & Shop and was greeted by an exceptionally polite and professional woman at the service desk. She sold me some lottery tickets and explained how the loyalty rewards points work. Great job! Then I went to pick out some produce. At checkout, a woman with abismal customer service skills, rude, crude and disrespectful insisted that I, the paying customer, give her the price of peppers. I was under the impression that they were sold by the pound; I guess I was wrong. I attempted to explain that I did not know the price per pepper to which she mumbled “I can’t believe this dumb shit.” This is insulting and unprofessional. I paid for my groceries, left the peppers with your rude cashiers and exited the store. Sadly, I will never shop there again. Sadly, I will never recommend your store again. You would do well to encourage you employees to remember that there are at least 5 other grocery establishments a stones throw from yours whose employees are courteous, helpful and polite. I would suggest that you ask the exceptional customer service worker to train your cashiers. This women today is in dire need of it. She lost you a customer today. Shame on her.
