  I love that we have a Paneras in Kearny. This location is very nice and clean. My son Sergio introduced me to their Chicken BLT with avocado sandwich and I loved it. The staff is always very nice. I highly recommend this place.

  I stopped by this location in Kearny on the evening Saturday August 29th ordered a Iced Vanilla Latte. It took forever but the drink was made properly, paid $5.75. I came back the very next day for the same drink, the price was different which was weird. I asked the guy at the window why was the price different he assumed I ordered a hot Vanilla latte when I clearly stated ICED at the beginning of my order. I waited and received an iced latte with no flavor & no sweetener. Had to double back and walk inside, ever worker is under 25 and there in lies the issue. Retraining is needed, and a cellphone policy so these youngins with 0 to no attention span can LISTEN & try to think. I will not be returning as my patience is short when it comes to BS.

  Unacceptable hygiene standards and appalling management customer service I have been a regular customer here, but my experience today was absolute baseline unacceptable. I sat down at a wooden chair in the dining room, only to realize the seat was drenched in a sticky, mystery liquid that completely soaked through half of my pants. When I brought it to staff, a waitress wiped it down, but the chair remained sticky and unusable. The real issue, however, was how management handled the situation. I asked to speak with the manager regarding the incident and requested reasonable compensation for my ruined pants and disrupted meal. Instead of taking basic responsibility for a filthy seating area, the manager outright refused any compensation and insultingly implied that it was partly my own fault for "not being careful enough" when choosing a seat. It is not the customer's job to perform a hazard inspection on restaurant chairs before sitting down. Blaming customers for your failure to maintain basic cleanliness in the dining room is awful management. Between the gross lack of sanitation and the completely disrespectful customer service, I will not be returning to this location.

  Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Food was very good and the place was very clean. I will be returning when I am back in the area.

  The employees are very professional and kind. The place is spotless and the food is delicious.. There a huge variety of breads and goodies.
