  Had an amazing experience at Panera today thanks to Alan He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of his way to be helpful. Excellent customer service people like Alan make you want to keep coming back

  I had a wonderful experience at Panera in Kearny today. The Guest Experience Team Member was extremely kind and welcoming. He brought a Jenga game for my son to play with and even gave him a cookie as a prize. He encouraged my son to have fun and made our visit feel very special. It is rare to see such thoughtful and caring customer service. Thank you to him and the Panera team for being so kind to my family. We really appreciated it!

  Unfortunately, I didn’t get the employee’s name, but the woman who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment she rang up my order, she went above and beyond. She noticed I was juggling my daughter and our belongings, and she personally brought our food to the table without me even having to ask. Later, when my daughter started getting tired and I asked for a container to take the rest of our food home, she was quick to help and brought it right over. As a parent, small acts of kindness like this make a huge difference. I’ve visited other Panera locations with my daughter and have had experiences where employees saw me struggling with a stroller, bags, drinks, and a child, yet no one offered assistance. I’ve even waited long periods for food without anyone checking in. That’s why this experience stood out so much. This employee’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to help made our lunch so much more enjoyable. She truly exemplified great customer service, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you for making a busy mom and her little girl feel welcomed and cared for.
