- CBCyn BAug 6, 20262.0I always come here because it's close by and some of the employees are genuinely wonderful. However, I'm rating it 2 stars because of a deeply concerning experience. When I picked up my mobile order, an honest employee went out of their way to warn everyone buying donuts to pick something else, showing us a video of a fresh delivery completely swarming with ants. To make matters worse, management allegedly told them not to throw them all out. Huge shoutout to that staff member for looking out for customers and doing the right thing, but management needs to address this serious health hazard immediately. Now it makes me think are all dunkin donuts like this hiding the facts they have bugs in there foods or pasteries????!!!

Always seems like they are only worried about the drive thru and not the customer in the store in front of them. When I walked in there was only 2 cars in drive thru and only 2 mobile order. Don't understand what takes so long to help a paying customer

They either forget something, give me the wrong items, or it’s made terribly and tastes like water, and to top it all off, they don’t give you a receipt! So after waiting for 15 mins in drive thru, you’ve driven a few minutes on your way to work take a sip and realized you have hot foamy water, you can’t get it fixed because then you’ll be late for work. Then you can’t get a refund after work unless you call several times trying to get through!!!! It’s literally every single time, so I’m done for good!!!

I ordered on the app and had to wait 10 minutes. Don't know what was going on with the truck two ahead of me, but it was ridiculous.
