I placed an order on 04/03/2026 and the driver ( Miguel ) refused to bring my food to the door, gave me only 3 minutes to come downstairs, and left before my kids could even get there. When I called the store, I was told another driver would redeliver—never happened. Instead, they canceled my order without my consent. After that, they completely ignored my calls. I had to call from a different number just to get someone to answer. It gets worse. I had to drive 40 minutes from work to the store because my money wasn’t refunded and my rewards points were taken. When I got there, they told me I had to PAY AGAIN and wait 3 business days for a refund on an order THEY canceled. On top of that, the employee claiming to be the manager gave me two different names, neither matching the actual manager listed online. Very unprofessional and concerning. I order from Domino’s multiple times a week and have never been treated like this. This was a complete inconvenience for me and my kids and could have easily been handled properly. Save your time and money—this location clearly does not care about its customers.

Getting food fast and cheap is great when the food is edible. Not even my dogs want any part of it. I used to love this location. Not sure what happened.

Today my daughter ordered not knowing the issue I had they burnt her item refused a refund again, I went to the store with the whole order and he refused to give a refund aggressively slide it at me I slide it back. He called the cops and tried to have me arrested. The cops told him to refund me he refused... and I made a formal complaint so I can contest the charge with my bank....again....like we did last time!!!!! Don't go to Domino's the manager Pavel refuses to give refunds for any reason and is taking advantage of people in the surrounding areas!
