  Maybe they improved recently. Ordered through the app and had no issue checking in at the drive thru. Food was hot and ready, drinks were nice and cold, and employees were courteous and friendly. For reference, I am visiting from Virginia where food is slopped together with disdain and you get it handed to at the window by a mute teenager.

  This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to Affes should remove the management of this establishment since the staff consistently disrespect and insults customers today i stopped to get a protein refresher i the Asian guy at the register cut me off 3 times before i could order when i told him about it i got no apology nothing he justified it by saying i took too long i was the only person in the line my issue is if you can’t work in customer service leave especially when your serving service members and their families you never know who has mental problems

  Terrible management and rude customer service. The male employee who usually works as the cashier kept cutting me off and was very unprofessional. They also added an upcharge after the fact, which made no sense, especially since this location is on a military installation. The price was $1.50 more than usual. I can’t believe this is part of the PX. Very disappointing. Iced Americano in usual dunkin are max $4.50, and here its $6.25 which is crazy.

  Terrible customer service and terrible attitude. Its unfortunate that this is what we have to deal with on base.
