The female working the front register and the male manager on the morning of August 9, 2026, had absolutely zero respect or customer care ability.
This started over a simple wrong drink, something that could have easily been solved with, “No problem. Let me make the correct one for you.” Instead, the cashier rolled her eyes, pushed the drink back toward me, said, “We can’t take that,” and nothing else. She then walked to the back, where I could still clearly hear her complaining and making insulting comments about me to her manager.
The manager then came up to speak with me but would not actually listen. Instead, he continued to cut me off while I was speaking and told me that I should have double checked the order on the screen, but “because I’m the customer, I guess I’m right.”
It really was not that big of a deal. I would have gladly paid the $5 for another drink. What made this an issue was being disrespected, talked about within earshot, and then repeatedly talked over by the manager when I tried to explain what happened.
That is not the level of customer service I expected from Dunkin’ Donuts, and definitely not from a restaurant operating inside an Exchange. Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue, which makes it even more concerning. When I asked for the names of the manager and the female cashier, they refused to provide them.
The base and Exchange management should really look into how this location is being run and how customers are being treated. A wrong drink is a minor issue. The way the employees chose to handle it turned it into something much bigger.
