  I’ve been waiting more than 45 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the way I was treated on top of the excessive wait was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee with the blue hair was very rude to me and then loudly complained about me to her coworkers while I was still there. That was disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely inappropriate customer service. I came in expecting to simply order my food and be treated with basic courtesy. Instead, I was left waiting more than 45 minutes and made to feel uncomfortable because of an employee’s attitude and behavior. I would like management to address both the excessive wait time and the way I was treated.i

  Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been. If it's a FAST FOOD restaurant you can't take 40 minutes for an simple order.

  Arrived at location at 2:10am. Staff were pleasant, polite and enjoyable. First time I’ve ever came to a fast food place that I felt joy of someone taking my order. Definitely will be a returning customer. Order was correct and service was amazing. Great job!!

  I could see the order through the window ready and then when I talked with the employee , he just closed the door in my face without any respect or any professionalism for the costumer. These guys are destroying all the credibility of Taco Bell , the management is so bad , id this employee owned the store ,he will never act so badly, they just don't care about destroying the marketing of Taco Bell , to win the trust of it's costumers. Some responsible need to take a look before the bankruptcy.
