  They quite literally will not start making your food for an insane amount of time. If you order off of a delivery app, expect to wait up to two hours and then have to cancel because they just refused to start the order

  Waiting 30+ minutes in a Friday night is actually crazy. Where are these people all coming from, why are they behind in orders, literally what’s going on here!?

  Very disappointing experience. The dine-in order took 25 minutes to get ready even though we had very few items. Everyone seemed to be waiting forever and getting frustrated. On top of that, our order was wrong—the potato taco was missing the beans we added, and the dip I ordered came with beef. I’ve been here before and the service was much quicker and more accurate. Never experienced service this slow and disorganized at Taco Bell.

  HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! this place is so high traffic and the staff is working their ass off. They couldn't possibly meet the demand. Every time I'm here there's a dozen people waiting for their order
