    Really disappointing experience at Subway, the sandwich quality was poor, and nothing tasted fresh. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. They refused to apply rewards, claiming they’re “only for regular customers,” and it felt like they were avoiding to apply full rewards, one staff member was chewing some tonante while preparing the sandwich, which was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Avoid this place and save your money

    I can’t even use my own rewards. Cashier is not letting me redeem my free footlong says it’s only for regular customers only. I’ll never visit this place again!!!!!

    Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. I ordered two footlongs and tried to use my free sub offer, only to be told they “only give free subs to regular customers.” That sounds completely made up and feels dishonest. If you advertise promotions, honor them properly instead of inventing random rules at the counter. The employee was extremely unprofessional and looked completely uninterested in basic customer service. Chewing something while talking to customers and acting rude the entire time made the place feel dirty and uncomfortable. Between the fake promotion excuses, bad attitude, and unpleasant service, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend people avoid this location unless they enjoy being treated poorly.

    Lot of cost cutting I order egg and cheese foot long and they cut 2 egg in half to fill the sandwich instead of actual 4 eggs as per the recipe and also bread seems to be smaller then regular places Poor customer service passing comments while serving Would not recommend this location again
