  The teen workers that were in charge of taking my order were absolutely terrible! When I walked in, immediately I noticed they were distracted. They were all huddled up, swearing and talking very loud. And when I ordered my food, they took my order and didn't call out my name. I had to sit there for a while only to realize they made my food and left it there without a word. The food was good, but the service was terrible. Absolutely disrespectful.

  Omg panera has gone downhill. delivered lukewarm Soup and threw some attitude when asked to heat it up.. completely untidy …chairs, in disarray… used plates left on table. Inside of the microwave looks like it has not been cleaned for ages. Gross

  The customer service was poor from start to finish—staff seemed uninterested and not helpful at all. On top of that, there is no bathroom available for customers, and they direct everyone to use the mall restrooms instead, which is extremely inconvenient, especially when you are paying for food and drinks. Overall, this location does not meet the basic expectations of cleanliness, service, or customer comfort. I would not recommend this Panera location. The only good thing is the ambience music.

  Coffee, food, cold despite the fact that everything was hot very slow the service when inside there are many people working, those who prepare the food are talking by call, little hygiene inside the kitchen.
