When I informed them, the employee took my order back—visibly angry—and returned with the coffee; this time, it was hot but contained traces of cleaning agents. I am currently in the hospital. I purchased some food and coffee, but when my coffee arrived, I found it to be cold and containing traces of oil. I asked the cashier to replace it; however, the replacement—though hot this time—tasted of chlorine, indicating it had been contaminated with cleaning agents. I subsequently had to go to the hospital. I informed McDonald's of what had happened, but to no avail; they took absolutely no action to assist me. This is unacceptable - it’s gross and incredibly unsafe. Was it fried in the fryer with my fries?! Don’t spend your money at this location. I complained to McDonald’s customer service, which is trying to pass the blame off to DoorDash, but this is clearly a restaurant issue.
