I am big fan of Gaia Loki. Love the food. I always feel like it’s one of the cleanest options for eating out. Their new setup for ordering and delivery directly from their website is super easy and the fastest delivery we’ve ever had.
I visited Gaia & Loki for dinner on May 7, 2026 and ordered the Chickpea Burger along with the Morning Medley drink.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The menu was accessible via QR code and honestly it was one of the most appealing parts of the experience creative, exciting, and genuinely curiosity-inducing. It made me want to come back and try more items.
It seemed the restaurant was busier than what the staff capacity could comfortably handle, so my order took longer than I expected to arrive.
The Morning Medley tasted very good, although it was served at room temperature. Personally, I prefer cold drinks, but when I asked for ice, the staff responded warmly and kindly.
The Chickpea Burger itself was a bit disappointing. The flavor was acceptable, but the texture of the chickpea patty was too soft. It didn’t really allow for the satisfying “burger bite” experience. Every time I took a bite, part of the patty squeezed out of the bun, and eventually I had to finish it with a knife and fork.
The prices were reasonable overall, and if I find myself back in Jersey City again, I may give the restaurant another try, though probably with a different item from the menu.

We stumbled upon this place by accident, as our usual go-to vegan spot was closed, and so glad we did. This is the kind of breakfast/brunch spot you leave already planning your next visit.
We had the steak, egg & cheese burrito and the peach cobbler pancakes, and both were so well done. The burrito had that perfect balance of flavorful, satisfying and fresh. You could genuinely taste the quality of the ingredients instead of everything blending into one heavy bite. Even the sides (arugula/ tomatoes, strawberries and grapes , drizzled with tangy-sweet dressing)felt thoughtful rather than like an afterthought, and the way everything was cut, plated, and served made the whole experience feel intentional.
The peach cobbler pancakes were the kind of dish that makes the whole table pause. Incredibly fluffy, comforting, and indulgent in the best way, with the peach cobbler topping adding just the right warmth and richness without making the whole dish overwhelmingly sweet.
What really stood out, though, was the care behind everything. From the fresh roses on every table for Mother’s Day to the impeccable cleanliness, warm service, and beautiful ambiance, you can genuinely tell the owner cares a lot about creating an experience, and high quality and not just turning tables.
This is exactly the kind of place people hope to find and keep coming back to.
nice ambiance, not very loud and good service too. the portions are very big so they match up to the price. food tastes quiet good too.
Food was delicious, we had the steak dinner it was incredible! The staff were friendly and there is a shop next door for BYOB!
