  I went out of my way to go here after researching good food spots in Jersey city for after a visit to liberty science center. Glad we did. The guy behind the counter was funny, helpful and kind- he helped me choose what I wanted. I ended up with stewed chicken, rice and beans and a side of beans. There were no empanadas ( bc I went later in the day ). Honestly I ate this cold and it was bomb- I bet tomorrow when I finish it heated up, it will be even better. The beans were phenomenal perfectly seasoned, more liquidy than I usually enjoy, but it was ideal with the rice. Chicken and rice both were seasoned well. It looked clean in the restaurant, it was being mopped as I walked in. There are a few tables to sit at, which also looked kept up with. I’d absolutely go back if ever in the area again
