- TZTaso Z3 days ago2.0Nice ladies but do not know how to make the drinks. 2 drinks in a row and both are not to standard. Highly disappointed.
- BBBruniApr 20, 20262.0My daughter ordered a toasted croissant with American cheese. The cashier asked her would she like egg or anything else on it. She said no, nothing. When we get the order it had sausage on it. I went to the counter to let them know and was told by one of the women serving the food, "well that's what you ordered". She then confirmed it with the cashier who said she asked us twice if we wanted sausage or egg. This is far from true. She asked my daughter one time did she want to add egg or anything. She NEVER even mentioned sausage. The cashier then said we agreed to the sausage. That is another LIE. I told her how is this possible?? My daughter doesn't even eat pork! I was then given another croissant that had one slice of cheese on it and it wasn't even melted. I asked can she please melt the cheese and add more. The lady looked at me like I was bothering her and said in a sarcastic how many slices more would you like 2, , 4, how many how many and kept repeating herself. She then takes the croissant from me and tosses it in the trash. All I asked her to do was add cheese to the one she had given me BUT she just wasted it and trashed it all because her she felt like proving some type of point. I was patient and kind to her the entire time and was treated as If I was bothersome. Would NOT go back here again. Customer service skills need to be practiced!
