Please change this, dunkin' donuts I am very upset at your mini bagels I think you guys should serve big bagels as well and I had been getting this for some time long and they made it even smaller like what is this supposed to do to my stomach this is just appetizer for me And don't get me started on the staff not smiling at me I smile at them and say hello good morning and they just say hi and then go back to their work and when I came in first and still got my food last you guys need to keep order of that I'm not being mean or anything but I work 12 hours a day and I have multiple shifts so I'm pretty tired and I really need real food and there's like no sweet stuff around here even though there's Indian square but then I get very busy and I would not like to walk that much so thank you very much for reading my whole entire essay bye-bye And I do not wait 2000 lb and please tell the granpapa to get hearing aids cuz I am not repeating myself like a broken record.

Every single time they mess up my order, it’s infuriating. I am posting this review so someone will see it and do something about it. It’s so frustrating, I am taking it as a sign to just buy all the ingredients and make the stuff at home. I am not the only one. Routinely I see people walk in with the same frustrations.

To make matters worse, the drink was poorly prepared. My matcha wasn’t mixed properly, and there were large chunks of powder sitting at the bottom of the cup. The drink didn’t taste good at all because of it. Whether this extra charge is a policy at this specific location or a company-wide practice, it’s frustrating to pay more and receive a lower-quality product. Attention to basic drink preparation seems to be slipping. Unfortunately, this experience makes me feel like the company is going downhill.
