  "I get the exact same drink from Dunkin stores every time, yet the this store morning 12:40am employee today seemed completely out of it. He was so sleepy and rude he couldn't even hear my order correctly. Instead of fixing the mistake, he argued with me and told me that other stores might hear my order properly but they did not get what i asked for, so i had to buy another one. The low energy and poor attitude from the staff are exactly why this location seems to be losing customers. Unprofessional and disappointing."

  Very disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’ today. I placed a large order yesterday evening (2 dozen donuts and 4 packs of hash browns) and paid in full, with a scheduled pickup time. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. Staff were still putting it together and had only prepared 1 dozen donuts because they didn’t read the receipt properly. I had to point out that I ordered 2 dozen along with the hash browns. Even after correcting them, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a prepaid, preordered pickup. What made the experience worse was the staff behavior. When I asked for a carry bag (which is usually provided for large orders at other Dunkin’ locations), the employee responded rudely and refused, saying they don’t have any. This was very frustrating—especially for a preplanned, paid order. I expect better organization and customer service

  CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! Worst Dunkin in the area !! If you want coughed on donuts and contaminated coffee from dirty gloves uses to clean without changing them when cooking or serving ! The coffee always has a weird taste as if there added unknown ingredients or maybe it’s the dirt from the gloves who knows!!! Staff is definitely not personable no good morning good afternoon good evening ever !! Never smile always talking with one another instead of working I live in the area a travel to the nearest Dunkin to avoid this place !!!!! Complained not a single response from the owner nor dd !!!
