- JVJuan Vargas4 days ago2.0I usually never review places like this, because it is what it is most of the time. I have been coming to this Dunkin every weekend as a morning walking ritual. Every single time they mess up my order, it’s infuriating. I am posting this review so someone will see it and do something about it. It’s so frustrating, I am taking it as a sign to just buy all the ingredients and make the stuff at home. I am not the only one. Routinely I see people walk in with the same frustrations.

To make matters worse, the drink was poorly prepared. My matcha wasn’t mixed properly, and there were large chunks of powder sitting at the bottom of the cup. The drink didn’t taste good at all because of it. Whether this extra charge is a policy at this specific location or a company-wide practice, it’s frustrating to pay more and receive a lower-quality product. Attention to basic drink preparation seems to be slipping. Unfortunately, this experience makes me feel like the company is going downhill.

He was so sleepy and rude he couldn't even hear my order correctly. Instead of fixing the mistake, he argued with me and told me that other stores might hear my order properly but they did not get what i asked for, so i had to buy another one. The low energy and poor attitude from the staff are exactly why this location seems to be losing customers. Unprofessional and disappointing."
