- JTjanette tarafaAug 22, 20261.0I stop here every night to get a coffee and for some reason the coffee don’t taste like coffee like others Dunking in all my orders it taste more water than coffee. Last night I look over the counter to see how they make it and I see she add the sugar and cream then pour the coffee and another pour from another tank. I ask her what it’s that she’s doing she can’t answer now I have dough of this place. They might try saving the real coffee and add water it doesn’t taste real coffee. I gave 1 star they can do better this coffee is 3$.

The service girls were so apathetic towards my parents request to help us open the Restroom door, which was stuck in spite of us everyone trying to open it. I understand that they have to serve the customers, but making fun of the scenario in spite of us waiting and asking repeatedly for help and hurling comments, after opening it finally, was such a poor behavior. I usually do not post negative comments, and just get on with stuff!! But that was seriously rude and irresponsible behavior.

I went inside, ordered food, and stayed in the store while waiting for my order. It was rush hour, so the food took a while to arrive, and I even ate my meal inside the restaurant. Meanwhile, my friend stepped away briefly to take care of some work nearby. Instead of treating us like customers, the staff chose to call the police over our parked car. This was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful. If someone is using your parking lot without buying anything, that's understandable. But calling the police on customers who ordered food, waited for their order, and dined inside your store is unacceptable. Is this really how you treat the people who spend money at your business? This experience made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. Customer service isn't just about serving coffee—it's about treating paying customers with basic respect and common sense. I will never return to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a place that values its customers.
