  Disappointing experience — instructions ignored every time I’ve ordered from Chipotle Journal Square three times, and unfortunately, the same issue happened every time. Despite clearly specifying my preferences/instructions, the staff did not follow them and served a full portion instead. It’s frustrating to have to repeatedly deal with the same issue when the instructions are clearly provided at the time of ordering. I hope the management pays more attention to customer requests and order accuracy.

  Wish I could put zero stars. All I got was a chicken bowl and it was $11.36 which is weird because it’s always $10.65 but anyways I was $.36 off I had only $11 and the girl literally threw away my food in the trashcan right in front of my face like that literally hurt like she could have just gave me the food instead of wasting all that food for $.36

  First off ordered my burrito didn’t even wrap it completely fell apart as I opened it all the meat fell out. Second I asked politely for a water cup and the staff rudely told me and my amigo they don’t have, but then said a rude remark in spanish just by the tone you could tell I couldn’t understand but made me so uncomfortable. Third this Chipotle was the most dirty I’ve ever seen I had no choice but to go somewhere else the tables look like they haven’t been wiped all day and they haven’t been looked at. Overall terrible performance I won’t be coming back to this chipotle.

  An hour before closure and all steak options were out for the day with no plans to re-stack them. Staff was extremely rude. Decided to close the bathroom for dine-in guests after cleaning it for the day, also an entire hour before closure. Service was the worst I had ever seen. Would not recommend at all.

  Cheap with their serving. And they charge for extra meat if you ask them to give you a decent amount for your portions. I’m already paying $15 plus so it’s ridiculous that they barely put in a full scoop of rice and meat. Then you have to ask them to give you more than half a scoop. And then they have the audacity to say you got “extra meat”. Everytime I go there someone seems to forget to put something I ordered and payed for and in with my order. Just seems funny that they don’t seem to forget to charge me the extra for whatever it was that I asked for.
