The manager on tonight's shift kind of got frustrated at mayor lack of english but mayo kept his cool and didnt overreact. Mayo has great customer service skills. And definitely showed alot of restraint . Because I couldnt if that was me.

We asked her to make a new one, and asked for extra beans like we asked for previously, and she gave a snarky remark saying that she already made a new bowl and we don’t deserve more beans!?! I’m sorry, but if you made the mistake, why do we have to get punished? Honestly, she needs to get educated on customer service.
