  My experience at Cava today was super good, I’m so glad for the people they have working there and how I was served, the food was also really fresh and I enjoy every bite, it was delicious. I wanna shout out to Hillary for being so nice, Mia for serve my food and Roselyn for the welcoming spirit and hospitality and Emily for her special attention, I’m definitely coming back.

  VERY HOT and the fans was not enough!! Blowing hot air and a day with 100 degree weather is insane. All the workers looked very drained from this heat but I must add as well, service and quality was great!! Everything was fresh and cleaned. Juices was very refreshing. Kim the cashier was very welcoming and very helpful.

  When I walked into CAVA, Rose greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. She took the time to explain the menu, helped me navigate my dietary needs, and suggested substitutions that worked perfectly for my meal, like swapping the pita for a bowl and recommending the harissa chicken with cucumber tomato salad. Emily also stepped in with additional recommendations, such as adding roasted vegetables and tahini instead of my usual dressing, making the experience even better. I hadn’t been to a CAVA location in over six months, and this visit reminded me why I enjoyed coming in the first place. The outstanding customer service from both Rose and Emily made my visit memorable. Thank you both for making me feel welcome!

  I’ve been coming to this Cava for nearly three years and the staff could not be any friendlier! There’s always an upbeat mood, the food is super fresh, and they’re constantly restocking the line with freshly cooked meats and veggies. Plus, the restaurant is always kept incredibly clean. Compared to other Cavas I’ve visited, the portion sizes here are very generous. The manager, Emily, always makes an effort to chat with customers and keeps a great attitude even when they’re absolutely packed. If you happen to go later on weekend evenings, the staff plays great music through a portable speaker- the vibes are always high here! On top of that, the team gives fire recommendations on their favorite combos (shoutout to the half-and-half lamb meatballs and steak combo). If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable, and healthy option for dinner, I couldn’t recommend this location enough!

  First time trying CAVA and Jersey City made one hell of a first impression. Five stars and I’m already thinking about my next bowl. I built a bowl with lamb, seasoned rice, roasted corn, pickled onions, crumbled feta, pico de gallo, and harissa sauce — and every single component delivered. The lamb was tender and well seasoned, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the toppings brought the whole bowl together with the right balance of flavor, texture, and freshness. The pickled onions and harissa gave it that extra kick that takes it from good to great. What CAVA does well is letting you build something that feels personal and fresh every time. The ingredients are quality, the portions are generous, and the whole experience feels clean and intentional from start to finish. If you’ve never tried CAVA and you’re in Jersey City this is the spot to start. Mediterranean bowls done right — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. This one is going into the regular rotation without question. CAVA just earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend.
