Just a really enjoyable experience every time I go. Their staff seems to actually like each other and their jobs. The food is always fresh, service is always friendly and quick. If more chains operated like the JC Cava then they would see overall better results. Will always return as the best option for this type of food in the area.

I'd like to commend your store. From the moment I walked in, Tony and Kimberly welcomed me with a smile. I felt the genuineness to make this an awesome visit. Tony made my bowl, and gave me some recommendations. They turned out to be a delicious combination in my CAVA bowl. Despite all my questions, he never made me feel like I was bothersome. In fact, he wanted to make sure my visit was a wonderful experience. From beginning of the line to my final check out, everyone was so nice. This is what distinguishes your restaurants from other similar restaurant concepts. Appreciate the great visit.
