- SPSam Porvin1 day ago1.0Absolutely terrible experience, and unfortunately this is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Once again, my food arrived cold, items that I specifically ordered were missing, and the food tasted old and stale, almost like it had been sitting around since the day before. The quality was honestly disgusting and nowhere near what you would expect from a place charging these prices. What makes it even worse is that this keeps happening. One bad order can happen anywhere, but when the same problems happen over and over again, it clearly shows that nobody at this location cares about quality control or checking orders before they go out. I’m tired of paying full price just to receive cold food, missing items, and food that doesn’t even taste fresh. This is easily the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I’ve ever ordered from, and honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had on the East Coast. I gave this place more than one chance, but after repeatedly receiving bad food and incomplete orders, I’m done. I would seriously recommend ordering from somewhere else.

Wings were great, and the staff was knowledgeable about halal food and a halal cooking process with separate oil. Just one this to note. Not everything on the menu u is halal from our visit only the wings were so please clarify that with staff if you’re looking for halal food items. Happy to have this and will definitely come again.

Ordered directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings app — specifically to avoid dealing with DoorDash — and the wings came out gummy, soft, and with zero crisp. They clearly either overstuffed the fryer or cooked them in oil that wasn’t hot enough, because there was watery liquid pooling in the box instead of properly fried wings. Completely inedible. When I called to have it made right, the staff were rude and dismissive. They refused to remake the wings — even though I never ate them and offered to physically bring them back to the store myself. Instead they tried to tell me the order came from DoorDash and brushed me off, when I placed it directly in their own app. I get that a lot of store workers don’t deal with the tech side of the business, but that’s not my problem to sort out, especially when I ordered through the channel they provide. On top of that, their app doesn’t even give you a way to report a bad order — no complaint option at all. This is the closest location to me and easily the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. The food is consistently inconsistent and they have no interest in standing behind it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else — this location isn’t worth your money.
