  Here’s a version that sounds sharp, entertaining, memorable, and still believable enough for a strong Google review: Brick Lane Curry House, Grove Street-the food? Honestly pretty tasty. The kitchen clearly knows flavor. But the service felt like watching a group project where nobody knew who was assigned what. Half the dishes arrived so late that by the time the next item showed up, the earlier food was already cold. One table shouldn’t require a treasure hunt to find its server. There seemed to be zero table ownership- random people floating around while customers sat confused. The staff looked more engaged in college cafeteria-style conversations with each other than with actual diners. Not once did anyone come by to ask how the meal was going, if we needed anything, or even acknowledge the painfully slow pacing. It genuinely felt like the chef and front-of-house staff were operating in two completely different universes. Good curry. Chaotic execution. This place has the potential to be excellent if the service ever catches up to the food.

  Absolutely amazing food! Always get their Saag Paneer and garlic naan. I come here every time I am in New Jersey and always make sure I get extra so I can bring them back to Upstate New York.

  This place literally ate 😭✨ vibes were perfect, food was actually insane, no misses and Zoya was the sweetest server ever 🫶 made everything even better 10/10, coming back asap 💅

  Got the buffet on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 pm. The buffet is avaialble on weekends until 4:00 pm. Items such as their chai or salad were not available. The staff did make it clear to us that the buffet would be closing soon. We would have preferred if the staff recommended that we don't order the buffet. The mutton kheema and their chicken tandoori were cold (tasted good though), so that was not ideal

  My fiancé have been here a few times a while back and decided to visit this weekend for a late dinner and had a great experience. The food was SO good! We had some tomato soup to start then ordered garlic and cheese naan, tika masala, tikka chicken fried rice, and aloo samosa. The flavors were incredible! Our eyes were bigger than our stomach so we ended up having leftovers, which we looked forward to eating and finished this evening. I wish I could remember our servers names, they were both kind and checked in with us throughout the meal. Love how late their kitchen is open and they have a great drink menu, as well. Highly recommend for a great date spot or to bring your family. Definitely won’t wait that long again to return!
