  I usually love this place. This one time the service was ehhh. We were sat and the waiter whose section we were sitting in paid us no mind for 10 minutes. We had to flag down another waiter and he was decent. Usually the service is good so that’s why i’m still giving 4 stars cause the vibes must’ve just been off that day.

  I look forward to ani ramen when visiting my family in jersey city. The food and service can be inconsistent. We’ve had hits and misses and 8/28 this Friday was a miss. We were sat quickly and order was taken. No water and dirty glasses at the table. Our server took our drinks two tables over. Our server realized 5 minutes later she retrieved them from the other guests and went to put them down in front of us. I called her out. You can’t drop drinks at one guest table and then drop the same drinks at another table. They need to be remade. It’s absolutely not food safe. This was the most concerning issue that needs retraining. Ramen arrives and we ask our server at least for water. We ask for clean glassware. Our server picks up the top of the glass with fingers on the inside. I can’t drink my water now. We are halfway finished with ramen before asking if our drinks would be remade. When they are brought out they are incorrect. We let our server know. She takes them back to the bar and the manager arrives. I explain the issue and he apologizes and corrects the issue. At this point I’m done with my meal. At no point did our server apologize or make us feel welcome. She barely made eye contact and did not check on us. I don’t want to return and that’s a shame because the vegan ramen is my favorite. I loved sharing a meal with my sister here catching up. This last visit was a terrible experience.

  Was here in February. The food , the atmosphere, & service was amazing. I’m a picture girl always looking for an aesthetically pleasing photo opt .

  Staff is amazing. They got me to change my take away to a dine in. The food was so good. I have a lot of restrictions being plantbased and a little extra...I settled for the vegan ramen and cucumber salad. All good. Enough ramen to broth ratio. I was happy. I would come back. Fyi: it looks like they're closed but it's open.

  I literally just landed from Japan vacation & I'm still jet lagged & missing my late night food in Tokyo, thank goodness Ahni Ramen is still open until 1AM. So I ordered the Tokyo Ramen & the soft boiled egg with so much doubt in my mind that it can be compared to the authentic Japanese Ramen. BOY WAS I WRONG! :) So to the owner of Ahni Ramen you better pay your chef top dollars for your chef not to leave your business. IN ONE SENTENCE: AUTHENTIC JAPANESE RAMEN & BOILED EGG! Also, this review is coming from someone who has travelled the world & lived in 3 continents therefore I'm really hard to impress & rarely give 5 stars. AHNI RAMEN THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GREAT AUTHENTIC WORK!
