- IKIvet Karamfilova1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service. The app tells you to contact them via chat, but when you do, they tell you they can’t help, have no contact with the delivery provider, know nothing about your order, and frankly don’t seem to care. I don’t understand why they even have a chat option in the first place. I’ve been waiting for a refund for an undelivered order for an entire week. They don’t answer their phone, either. I also have an annual membership that I’ve been trying to cancel several times because of the poor quality of their service, but that seems to be impossible as well. Choose another store. It’s simply not worth the stress and the time you’ll waste if something goes wrong. And let’s not even talk about the money—you have no idea if or when you’ll actually get your refund.
