  Lazy employees! Came in to pickup a two mobile orders for a family member. I told the girl behind the counter the other names. A few minutes later, she pointed towards a discord l stack of boxes and two bags I said my order was ready. When I said that there were supposed to be drinks with the order, she pointed to a stack of empty cups. I told her I have no idea what the drinks are supposed to be and she simply pointed to the sticker on one of the bags. I asked her why I'm filling the drinks since it was an online order and she said "because the drink machine is right there, why can't you fill them?". The obvious answer, to which I said to her, because I don't work here, still wasn't good enough, so here's hoping I got all of the drinks right. If this wasn't enough, I then asked her for a bag to put all of the loose items in. She looked at me, got the bag, put it on the counter, and walked away. Here's hoping the food is all correct, I really have my doubts

  Just had the BEST lunch from this location. They absolutely killed the Tajin tacos!! At the risk of sounding like a complete big back, my mouth was watering for more. Keep up the good work!

  Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I ordered a large Nacho Fries, and the container was only half full. I probably would have gotten more fries ordering a small. Even the cheese cup was only half full. I also ordered a Grilled Cheese Steak Burrito—and there was literally ONE single piece of steak in the entire burrito. The rest was basically all cheese. For something that's supposed to be a steak burrito, that's ridiculous. The Chalupa was just as bad. The shell was so hard and stale that it broke just from picking it up. I couldn't even bite into it because it was literally hard as a rock. For the amount of money you pay for fast food these days, this is completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be going back to this location. Never again. Beware before ordering here.

  Visited this location last night and had multiple orders from a single vehicle. Spoke to the person taking the order at the drive through booth and was assured that all our orders would be ready. However when I got to the window, he told me they don't allow multiple ordes. Spoke to the manager and he had an even worse attitude towards us, when our second order had just a side order. Never had this kind of issue at any other location before.
