  Accepted my money/ online order but did not fulfill order! On Mondays they close early. Their own website says they close at 5pm and accept take out orders until 4:30. Everything on their website prompts you to order online but I prefer to call. I called at 3:57pm. No answer. Ok no problem. I havnt been in a long time so I figured they prefer online orders. I placed my order at 4:09. We have about a 20 minute drive. Arrive at 4:30. Doors are locked. There is a guy cleaning inside said they closed at 4pm today. They accepted my order and money. Super inconvenient for us and an unreliable business! If you need to close your business early. Remember to update your website online ordering system. Now I have to fight a credit card charge. Never mind the wasted gas and time.

  The food was absolutely amazing this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had and there are surprisingly big prices of shrimp for the popcorn shrimp and the curly fries where incredible they have two extra pieces of chicken for free and free chips and salsa while I waited but it was amazing

  Im giving this restaurant a one-star review because the dinner rolls are probably the best part of the meal and out of the five items that we ordered that would equal one out of five. My family and I were craving a delicious fried Chicken meal and it placed an order earlier through the online app for a pickup time of 6:30 We arrived at 6:40 to find what would be the most disappointing meal you've ever had. Which should have been. Our first clue was the bag was ice cold as if it had been prepared 3 days prior but being hungry we figured could potentially reheat it when we got home. The second problem occurred just as we were leaving when we were told that one of the main items from our order had incorrectly been left on the menu as it was no longer available and instead of calling us to tell us that it was no longer available and offering us possible substitutions, they just decided to remove it and tell us at the time of pickup. So now we were an item short and a bag of cold chicken to go When we got home and got ready to bite into what we were hoping would be at least delicious chicken, we were sadly mistaken when we discovered what can best be described as if it was prepared 3 days prior. The meat had no semblance of moisture left in it. It was like it was cooked in a crematorium and I used the term cook ed loosely. It was so dry that I nearly broke a tooth trying to bite into it. You could tear off pieces and meat like leather and any semblance of moisture left the chicken back in the pasture cuz this dry monstrosity was not fried Chicken. The next item on the list was waffle fries. Because we have a kid, we had hoped that at least the french fries would be able to make up for the disappointing chicken in the eyes of a child, but these waffle fries were so overcooked that they crumbled upon biting. They resembled more of waffle fried shaped rocks. Another disappointing item of the meal. The next item of the meal was the corn nuggets. What are deep fried balls of creamed corn except these two had little moisture and were very cold and when you try to reheat them in the microwave they explode like little corn, nugget grenades, leaving pieces of corn scattered across the ceiling of your microwave. Finally, we get to the coleslaw which can best be described as taken from the core of a piece of cabbage. You know that hard part that most people cut and throw away. Nope not chicken holiday. They use that for their close law consisted of this hard cabbage core up and a few scattered slices of carrots with the most watered down Mayo dressing imaginable. It was like they took the moisture from every other item in the order and used it in the Mayo to make the sauce for the coleslaw. It lacked in any flavor or texture and left little to be desired. And finally the dinner rolls like I said, the only item in the meal that had any flavor and consistency and maybe it was because we were so hungry and everything else was so bad that we enjoyed them so much. But I'm pretty sure that these rolls were not cooked at the restaurant and that might be why they survived the crematorium that everything else faced. Would I order from here in the future? Probably not when you have a craving for fried chicken that is so horribly destroyed by what we received. You would be cautious in the future and probably go to KFC. I hope others have better experiences and maybe this was just a one-time fluke, but I seriously hope they read this review it makes some kind of change because I now sit here depressed and hungry. Thinking about the meal that could have been that was destroyed by what we received.
