- SBSUSHEEL KUMAR BUDHA4 days ago1.0Very disappointed with this Qdoba experience. I came here after a 12-hour shift expecting a decent meal, but the portion size for a $12 bowl was unacceptable. They barely added rice, chicken, or toppings, and when I politely asked for a little more rice, the employee said they could only give one spoon. The bowl was almost empty and nowhere near worth the price. After a long exhausting day, this was honestly frustrating and unsatisfying. Definitely one of the worst bowl experiences I’ve had in woodbridge. Customers deserve better quantity and service for what they pay.

She answered all our questions about the food, gave good recommendations, and joked along with us as we ordered. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I wish there were more qdoba locations in NJ, and I especially wish there were more employees like Rashida who made our experience so pleasant. Will be back!

And the only thing she said was that it can’t be no chicken inside the bowl because she’s the one that made the bowl. And then she asked me for the name of the person and I gave it to her and she also asked for the time and I gave it to her. She said ok let me check the cameras and I’ll call you back . I’m still waiting for a call back from her. Bad customer service, very unprofessional, and bad food quality, definitely not worth your money! I will be calling the bank to dispute this charge .
