  A great spot for genuine Maharashtrian cuisine! Visited with my parents, and we absolutely loved the authentic flavors, pleasant ambience, and good service. The Saoji Curry and Shev Bhaji were our favorites - flavorful, homestyle, and packed with authentic Maharashtrian taste. If you’re looking for real Maharashtrian food in the Edison area, this place is certainly worth checking out. Certainly recommend to all foodies!

  Different experience than regular same old same old appetizers and Punjabi curries. Very unique taste to the dishes and we absolutely loved it. Service can be better, looks under staffed. Bartender was great and drinks were fantastic. They should extend Thali to weekend evenings, makes no sense to not have it.

  The service and food are both excellent. We came in here just as they were closing and yet they chose to give us a seat and served us fresh food. They close at 10:00 and we were there until 10:15 but the waiters were very welcoming. We had the kadhai paneer and paneer butter masala with garlic naan. The naan was very fresh and soft and we could taste the tandoori. Even the paneer melted in our mouths.

  The food tastes good, but the cleanliness is extremely disappointing. The server handles dirty dishes and then serves food without washing hands or using gloves, which is very off-putting. Tables are cleaned in the same manner, making the whole experience feel unhygienic. On top of that, they rush you to finalize your order while standing and don’t let you sit until it’s done. Overall, the hygiene standards feel extremely poor and far below what you’d expect, leaving a very uncomfortable impression despite the decent food.

  An absolute feast for the senses! If you are looking for authentic, bold flavors and a lavish dining experience, Nagpuri Saoji is the place to be. From the moment our table was filled with their magnificent thalis, starters, and sides, we knew we were in for a treat. Everything was bursting with rich, traditional spices, cooked to perfection, and served fresh. The variety is incredible—from the mouthwatering appetizers on the black slate platter to the hearty curries, flavorful rice dishes, and soft flatbreads. The service and presentation were top-notch, making the whole meal feel extra special. If you love authentic regional Indian cuisine with a serious punch of flavor, do yourself a favor and check out Nagpuri Saoji. We will definitely be coming back for more!
