  I asked them to cut my bagel twist for me and they refused. They said they don’t have a bagel cutter for it. I informed them they have knife. They said they will give me a plastic knife. I have been to other Dunkins that cut and put the cream cheese on for me. Unsure why this Dunkin can’t but I find it ridiculous.

  Not a coffee person but drank a regular coffee when i am usually stressed out because of work just to get some energy in the morning. I tried their cream cheese everything bagel it was good.

  as a regular at this location I am extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service lately. The wait times are ridiculous especially in the afternoon!!! Management needs to hire staff that actually knows how to take orders and work the register, from what I see there is only one employee who knows how to work! Can’t imagine how she deals with that…

  This is the worst Duncan place I’ve ever been every time I go just for one coffee and for croissant they take like a whole day to give anyway never gonna visit this place. It’s very slow workers.

  Please drive an extra five minutes to go to any other Dunkin! I saw a woman take out the trash with gloves on, bring the dirty garbage bins back in pick up another dirty garbage bag. But then she handed someone a drink with those same gloves, as well as rung up, someone’s order wearing the gloves and handled cash. The drink I forgot was also very nasty. I do not recommend this location. It’s small anyways you’re better off going to a more comfortable Dunkin location.
