    didnt even get to eat the food. me and a couple were waiting for a waiter for an hour, they had an agrument about who knows what, genuinely wasnt even packed absolutely terrible people in there. 10/10 do not reccomend i never write google reviews this made me so pissed i just had too please do not go here and give them business

    I ordered takeout and wanted to recognize the excellent customer service I received. David, the manager, was professional, efficient, and made sure my order was ready in a timely manner. Jonathan was also very attentive, kept me updated on the status of my order, and made sure I was well taken care of. They both provided outstanding service and truly deserve to be recognized for their hard work.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received. We arrived at 10:35 PM and waited until 11:05 PM without being acknowledged or given any information about the wait time. During this period, several staff members saw us waiting but did not check on us, explain the delay, or provide an estimated wait. The lack of communication was particularly frustrating. A simple acknowledgment would have made a significant difference, but instead we felt ignored as employees repeatedly walked past us. Waiting more than 40 minutes without any update or assistance is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and takes steps to improve customer service and communication in the future.

    Just picked up a to go order in the app for two 20 boneless bundles and they NEVER GAVE ME THE FRIES. No big deal, I thought, so I call to ask if they can get me the fries and I'll come backand pick them up in 15 mins and their response was " the manager can't talk to you now, call back in 30 mins" I responded "seriously, I just want the rest of my order I paid for?" And she responded with "We are busy, call back, I don't know what else to tell you". I CALL THIS STEALING, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. I paid for my order and you only gave me half, shame on me for not double checking the order that the receipt says YOU are supposed to double check BEFORE giving to the customer. SHAME ON YOU for your customer service, I completely understand mistakes happen, but I didn't ask for a manager, I just asked for my fries you forgot. Update....I called 4 times, no answer every time. So, my daughter went to the restaurant with the receipt, spoke to the manager, and they gave her the fries after she explained everything without even receiving an apology? Just "here are your fries". No have good night, sorry for the trouble, no one was looking for anything off, refund, coupon, just to be treated as customers. Again, decent customer service means to use your manners, we are all human, that is how you keep customers instead of closing underperforming locations after they have been chased off by bad service. Update......in response to the owners comments, please do not waste any time on this as this was my third visit to this location and I did not leave warranted negative reviews the first two times, it's more of a three strikes rule I have personally.

    Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. After receiving our check, I noticed we were overcharged by about $9. When I politely questioned it, the waiter tried to explain it away as “tax,” which made no sense since the amount was far too high to be tax alone. He said he would bring an itemized receipt, but we waited another 15 minutes with no updates while he stood near the computer apparently trying to fix the mistake. The whole situation felt very shady and poorly handled. Eventually, he came back and claimed the original charge was voided and that I would be charged the correct amount instead. However, when I asked for proof or a void receipt, he told me they “don’t do that.” I even showed him the pending incorrect charge still on my card with no sign of a corrected charge or void. The manager came over and tried to explain things, but while I was calmly asking reasonable questions, the waiter suddenly started scolding and yelling at me in front of my daughter. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The manager did apologize for his behavior, but the damage was already done and we left. To make things even more uncomfortable, earlier during our meal the waiter actually sat down in our booth and said, “Do you mind if I sit? I’m very tired.” I understand people get tired, but that felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve never had an experience where I was yelled at by restaurant staff simply for questioning an incorrect bill. Customers deserve better treatment than this.
