  I got one sandwich with spinach and the other wit lettuces both the sandwiches had spinach and my bf hates spinach it’s like they don’t read the order that’s right there in they face. They was barely any sauce the whole sandwich was trash-0/10

  Staff here is slow and rude. Also they never participate in any of the Subway promotions/deals

  I made an order on the Subway app. I got the receipt in my e-mail and it updated saying they were making my order. When my mother went for pick-up, the staff said they never received an online order. I rechecked my inbox and there was no notice of cancellation and no refund found. These people made me repurchase another sandwich. While my sandwich was being made, I went into the app and clicked the number associated with my order. Lo and behold, the phone rang at the Subway my mother was already at. The same employee I heard on her phone was the same person who answered the phone. I explained to her that I called this number from the order confirmation I received. She still could not give me an answer and told me I needed to come in the following day. When I asked for a central number, she stated that the current number was the only number she knew. How do you not know the main number for your company? She didn’t even try to look for one. The food is good though...lol
