Had I not checked my receipt and inquired about the charged tips transaction, I would have never noticed!! Reach out to corporate and let them know that this is how they're making extra money! At no point in the point of sale transaction which im sure are recorded did I authorize or agree to any type of tip for them.To add it to my charge without consent is criminal activity, and definitely something that they should look into to see how many times they do this on the day to day basis.

- JHJe HeMay 31, 20261.0The employees are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I order a particular drink often(a refresher, 3-4 times a week) at several Dunkin Donuts in NY and NJ. It always tastes the same. I decided to order the same drink at this location. I could tell immediately by the color that it was made incorrectly. So, I decided to taste it. I was correct. It tasted different which means it wasn't made correctly. I mentioned it to the woman (older woman with the glasses) in the drive thru. Instead of correcting the order, she began arguing with me saying that it was made correctly. Then, I asked her again to remake the order. She took the drink. They didn't remake the drink. They added sweetener which made it worse. I also didn't request sweetner. I parked my car. Then, I went into the store. I politely asked if they could remake the order. The woman at the counter did but it still tasted different. I decided to throw the drink in the garbage. It was very clear to me that she didn't know how to make it correctly. The worker immediately started yelling at me saying that she made the drink correctly. Then I realized that two workers have yelled at me about the incorrectly made order in the span of 5 minutes. Clearly this is normal behavior for them. They both had several options. Either worker could have offered me a different drink or food item with the same price. Yelling at a customer is very disrespectful and always the wrong and worst option. I kept my composure and told her (the woman at the counter) not to yell at me. She corrected herself but didn't apologize. They will never get another dollar from me. This was not the first encounter I've had at this DD where the workers were disrespectful when told that an order was incorrect. On another note, I didn't see anyone wearing gloves.
