  Whenever I get a DoorDash order from this place it’s an automatic decline. The wait time is always over 20 minutes long, I don’t understand how this restaurant is still open at all, I always see people in the drive thru leave after waiting for almost 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a drink.

  We used the drive thru as only a few cars were at the Howell store. I was disappointed with my two drinks, which is uncommon for Sonic. Small thing, but it seems the store sparsely added the Nerds to the slushes. Is the store under different management? I won’t be returning. Sonic was fun and terrific, but now I feel service and staff is lacking. Bye y’all!

  Tonight I received hair on my food. Possibly animal hair. My son got sick after finding the hair. Not sure how much hair we ate. When we returned to complain and at least get a refund they accused me of trying to scam them out of money. I have 4 children that ate the food so they didnt notice the hair right away. My order was only $23. He tried to refund me $7 because food was eaten. I told him to keep it. I will be calling the health department tomorrow.

  This sonic was wonderful! I had trouble with my card outside and the man came out and helped me out. Everyone I met working here was so sweet and kept up on checking up on us eating outside. Better service than I had at some sit down restaurants! Would go again, especially after a hot beach day.
