    I ordered a triple pretzel smasher combo, but I received a double (missing sauces), added onions, and lite mustard sauce. It was my first visit and probably my last, as my experiences at Sonic franchises haven't been the best. I get that it's fast food, but fast isn’t cheap anymore, and consumers should get what they pay for. Businesses shouldn't cut corners when a customer orders via the app and picks up their meal at the drive-thru. They trust that we’ll pay, and we trust that our order will be fulfilled as paid for.
