- TMTommy MarinoJun 26, 20261.0Where do I start? Well let’s start with Coffee it’s always hit or miss. The food t is always burnt. The hashbrowns are burnt. If they’re not burnt they are soggy and stuck together. The service is horrendous, i’m not sure if this girl is a manager or just a normal worker it’s the girl that has the mark on her face. She’s beyond rude always on her cell phone has her earbuds in she has a son in the store, running a muck when you ask for like napkins or straws it’s always a bother to her. all the good staff left this Duncan two years ago.

Several times they’ve been sold out of items I ordered, even in the morning. I’ve also had orders handed to me without a straw, and on one occasion the staff didn’t know how to process a refund when an item I paid for was unavailable. To make matters worse, the drinks are always hit or miss. The quality and consistency vary from visit to visit, so you never really know what you’re going to get. I love Dunkin and have given this location multiple chances, but it’s frustrating to pay for items that aren’t available and then have staff unable to issue a refund. After multiple disappointing experiences, I won’t be returning. Management needs to clean this up and improve both inventory management and employee training.

Moreover, the kindness and friendliness of the staff never go unnoticed. They always greet me with warm smiles and are more than willing to assist with anything I need. - CLCam LaranMar 14, 20263.0Its a nice place and only the second one nearest to me, but everytime I buy a bagel there is barely any cream cheese, close to having none, and it tastes like burnt metal. But being there only a few times it get worse and I try to ignore it but this time it took atleast 15 to 20 minutes to be ready just for one bagel that wasn't good. I've also tried some other stuff and had the same thought about it Other people may not have this issue, but today around 4, it wasn't pleasent. Other than that I love this place and had nice service with the only two workers, and one seminario to not make soem good food.🥰
