  I went to buy a quesadilla they layed it out like they were gonna make it and then threw it all in the trash.I don’t know who the new guy is in the front but he’s incredibly rude.I have been coming here for over 5-6 years and never seen such terrible service!Why only offer it online or act like you gonna make it.Beyond rude!I normally have had decent experiences, they have been giving less portions but I am extremely disappointed.

  I paid for this… I paid 18 dollars for a bowl that was smashed in the bag and barely filled. The chicken was basically just a decoration to the rest of the RATIONS I received today. I’m usually never one to complain about but this is actually so disappointing it’s comedic. I opened the bowl and genuinely thought they forgot to finish making it… I’ve seen samples at Costco come in larger portions than whatever my friends and I received today. I would like to feel my purchase was worth the money and it just wasn’t… it was a complete embarrassment.

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, and I’ve never had a positive experience. The restaurant is almost always a mess, with dirty tables and overflowing trash cans. The employees often seem more focused on talking to each other and messing around than helping customers. During my most recent visit, it took about 10 minutes to get through just two people ordering together, while there were around 15 people waiting in line. There was only one employee making bowls and burritos and one person working checkout. The portions are also consistently disappointing. I’ve left with bowls that are barely half full because I don’t want to pay for “extra” protein just to get a normal serving. This has happened enough times that it’s clearly not just a one-time issue. Online orders aren’t any better. They regularly mess up orders by leaving out ingredients that were selected, and I’ve even had entire items missing from my order more than once. It’s incredibly frustrating to place and pay for an order ahead of time only to get home and realize things are missing. Between the cleanliness, slow service, incorrect orders, poor portions, and the attitude from employees, coming here is never worth the time or money. At this point, I would genuinely rather drive 30 minutes to another Chipotle than come back to this location, and will be doing that from now on

  I understand that the ages of the staff were young however the conditions of this restaurant were below subpar. The trash was completely overflowing. Every table was absolutely disgusting. The soda machines were completely out, and the iced tea was completely out. When these issues were brought up to the staff we were ignored. Maybe the staff was more interested in cleaning up the place than text messaging, It wouldn’t look like a garbage dump.

  If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The place is filthy, it turned me off of the food immediately. There were many workers there yet they were mostly just doing nothing. Almost all of the cold toppings were empty and the hot food had a layer of hard grease. Once I got my bowl, the cover was dirty and looked almost like a dog licked it. Overall, the experience was very grimey and I felt scared to eat the food. Management should do something considering there are many poor reviews regarding this location.
