  Decided to come inside today to see if my experience would be any different than my door dash orders. I ordered the bowl with the chipotle honey chicken. When he put the rice it was literally just enough to cover not even half of the bottom layer so I asked for a little more to layer the bowl. Then when he added the chicken it was less than a half scoop. I was in disbelief so I asked could he add chicken because that wasn’t an actual scoop. He proceeded to charge me for double portions when the first scoop was not an actual portion. The remaining of the additive I didn’t even pay any attention because at this point this was horrible customer and a waste of money. I never have this issue when I order from Sea Girt location.

  Not only was the food looking very dry and old. The entire staff was joking around there was no veggies on the line. There was no fresh chicken on the line. The beans looked very crusty. I asked for two vinaigrette sauce got one I think that they’re playing around here and it’s disgusting to play around someone’s food. I’m very disgusted and I will never be back to this chipotle and I will tell all my friends to never eat at this chipotle not to mention they gave us still chips. Disgusting.

  This place was gross. No customers at all and tables all had food on them. They also dumped out all of their drinks to clean the machines. Meanwhile, it’s 8pm. There’s no reason why those machines should be empty at 8pm if you don’t close for another 3 hours. The truth is the employees want to do it hours before close and don’t want to deal with it. They refused to refill them when we asked. The staff were nice, but overall clearly just didn’t want to be bothered doing their jobs. The cups and lids section was also disgusting. Trash all over. Trash OVERFLOWING from garbage bins. AGAIN, please understand there was no line. No customers in the store. The portions given on the food were rly abysmal too. Check my photos for proof. Never coming back. If this is what the place looks like where the customers can see, imagine what it looks like where we can’t.

  Burrito was stuffed and amazing BUT they messed up and gave me some hottttt salsa so hot my father started having breathing problems. I had ordered in the app just the pico type salsa. It shouldn't have been so hot it was not enjoyable we had to toss it.

  Been coming here for a decade, they're almost always chill and the food is great, just avoid before 12pm (they use last-night's leftover protein)
