  Ordered mushroom app as always delicious but got the prime rib dipper new was a steakum hardley any meat for $ 22 very disappointed eat there all the time

  We had a wonderful 5-star experience at Houlihan’s of Holmdel. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant felt welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed. It is a great spot for classic American fare, whether you are stopping in for a casual meal or enjoying a night out with family or friends. The menu offered a nice variety of American favorites, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Everything was prepared well, served at the right temperature, and presented in a way that made the meal feel enjoyable from start to finish. We took advantage of Sunday Happy Hour Specials in the bar area. The highlight of the visit was the excellent service from Colleen. She is friendly, attentive, professional, and makes sure everything is taken care of without making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really helped make the experience stand out. Houlihan’s of Holmdel is fortunate to have Colleen as part of its team. She consistently provides exceptional service and helps make every visit feel welcoming and memorable. Colleen is a major reason we have continued returning to Houlihan’s of Holmdel time and again for more than 12 years Overall, Houlihan’s of Holmdel delivered exactly what I hoped for: good American fare, a comfortable atmosphere, and outstanding service/server. I would gladly give this visit 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and enjoyable dining experience.

  My husband and our 3 year old went to this establishment today and had Liz as our waitress and she was above and beyond amazing. I actually wasn't crazy about my buffalo chicken salad I just personally felt like something was off about it. They had no issues immediately taking it back and letting me choose something else. The manager was very kind also. I dont feel like ive had such personable service all around at any restuarant in a long time. Will definitely be coming back and asking for Liz to be our server. It was the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.

  Justin, our server, was great! He took our orders without writing any of it down. Memorized it and got it correct. Impressive! We had 5 entrees with different cooking temperatures, 3 appetizers and 3 desserts. Justin provided sharing plates without us having to ask. He was very soft spoken. Wished he could had spoken louder because it was a bit loud in the restaurant. Earl, the manager, was very courteous and helpful with our loyalty card issues. Overall, we had a wonderful evening. Thank you.

  Houlihans is our traditional go to restaurant for all our birthdays. Never disappoints. Yesterday was no exception. Our server, Earl, by far the best server ever. No need for a pen and notepad to take our orders. He remembered every detail, even as we switched up our orders midway. Excellent service start to finish. Our food was delicious and nicely portioned. On a side note: we had a $25 coupon that expired in January. Taking a chance, my husband took it anyway and was redeemed with a smile and a birthday card to boot. As always, the manager went by every table to greet the diners. Great atmosphere.
