Despite charging customers additional fees under the guise of “security,” the most basic expectation—delivering the food—was not met. No one showed up. There was no phone call, no notice, and no attempt to communicate or apologize. Even more concerning, your own catering department was unable to reach the store. That level of disconnect is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I am now being told that I need to call back and coordinate with your catering team to track down a store supervisor just to process a credit. Why hasn’t this already been handled internally, given that the order was never fulfilled? Customers should not be responsible for chasing down refunds for services that were never provided. This experience reflects a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Based on this, I will not be ordering from this location again, and I would strongly caution others against relying on this establishment.

My wife ask for a veg burrito bowl and the guy replied we have shrimps and veggies and both are vegetarian. We replied that shrimp is not vegetarian and we will go with veggies. I don’t know why our reply made him crazy and he gave us portions like we are taking kids meal. Bad attitude
