- JLJackson Luis2 days ago5.0Insanely hot inside the business when I walked in today. It's 67° outside and somehow almost 100 inside the store. The employees should not be forced to work in these conditions. Likely not within OSHA guidelines.
- DRDaniela RomanJun 23, 20261.0Today, my mom and 16-year-old brother went to Dunkin and ordered a Strawberry Daydream. They asked if lemonade could be added and were willing to pay the extra charge, as they have done many times before at this location and other Dunkin locations. One of the employees was very rude and told them that lemonade could not be added because it does not belong in the drink. My brother politely asked why it could not be added if they had ordered it that way before and always paid the additional cost. The employee continued insisting that it was not allowed. At that point, my mom told my brother to just order iced coffee instead. After they placed the new order, the employee continued arguing about the lemonade issue even though they had already changed the order. When my mom and brother were getting straws, the employee walked over to them, showed my brother something on his phone, and said, "See, lemonade does not go in a Daydream." He then got in my brother's face as if he was trying to start an argument. My brother became very upset and repeatedly told the employee to stop. When the employee continued confronting him and got even closer, my brother reacted angrily and told him to "take it outside." Thankfully, my mom stepped in immediately, calmed my brother down, and told the employee to stop arguing with a 16-year-old. She reminded him that he was the adult in the situation and should have handled the matter professionally. We understand that stores may have different policies regarding drink customizations. However, there was no reason for an employee to continue arguing after the order had already been changed. The situation was completely unnecessary and escalated because of the employee's behavior. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this Dunkin location. Customer service should be respectful, and employees should know how to de-escalate situations rather than engage in arguments with teenage customers.

The employee (adult) serving him made a huge deal out of it and was even willing to go outside and fight about it, because apparently you "can't" add stuff to the drinks even though almost everyone adds stuff to their drinks. Anyways, after that, my friend had to order an iced coffee instead of what he wanted. Do not recommend this location, employees are miserable and will take it out on you!
