  I came to this Wingstop today to buy two chicken sandwiches with NO PICKLES because I’m allergic. When I received the sandwiches they were covered in pickles (it says no pickles on my receipt and box) I came back to ask the young lady at the register if I can have the sandwiches remade and a Hispanic woman claiming to be the manager came took the sandwiches, shakes the pickles off into the trash and throws the chicken patty (hot honey) back into the grease. I tried to tell her that the sandwiches isn’t the same if she just washes it off and asked her to please remake it, least she can do as she literally made a mistake. She then asks the young lady at the register to refund me and I should get out because she’s not remaking it. She starts yelling at me to get out before I could even get my money back. The only one seeing reason was the girl at the register who tried to go remake it while the “manager” started to laugh at my frustration. While the cashier is remaking the sandwiches this woman the “manger” locks eyes with me and takes a bite out of one of the chicken patty’s she refried ……. The whole experience was like a black mirror episode. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Instead of just correcting her mistake she chose to be rude and for what ? I still got the sandwiches remade in the end and it wasn’t even good

  They always make my wings just how I ask. Super crispy and all flats with extra sauce/seasoning! Never disappointed! Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

  I come here all the time and the food i received was the worse today. I ordered hot honey classic wings with hot lemon and my fries came with no seasoning and the hot honey had no seasoning at all also. I also ordered celery and it tasted like it was expired I didn't receive a good experience at all.

  Wingstop has always been hit or miss, but lately it's been mostly miss. The wings are way too big, which makes me question the quality, and the corn was so overcooked it was hard to enjoy. The cheese on the fries was also pretty disgusting. I used to look forward to eating here, but the quality seems to have gone downhill. At these prices, I expect much better. I am done with wingstop.

  Great service and fresh food every time I come here. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Donnell was especially helpful and made the experience even better with his friendly attitude and quick service. Definitely one of the better Wingstop locations!
