- TTTOct 3, 20262.0Its super ridiculous that the drive thru wait is what it is. I have NEVER seen such a long wait at a drive thru. This used to be my favorite DD, but I dont know if management changed or they just dont care. I have tried to come back a few times and every time the wait is sooo extreme. And its not even peak times. Disappointing.
- ABAshley BacaOct 2, 20261.0Went through the drive thru today and was told constantly “one second” when she asked what I would like she would then respond “one second” I have no problem waiting but don’t tell me your ready to take my order to tell me to wait. After finally able to order a tiramisu cloud latte and strawberry coolatta both drinks tasted watered down no flavor whatsoever terribly disappointed
- ATAlisson TejadaSep 29, 20261.0This white lady with gray hair just was staring at us standing there while we were waiting to order and then she said “Nobody it’s taking ur order”
- MMMoney MakerSep 29, 20261.0The service was really disappointing. The employees seemed to have an attitude, and when I went to order, someone was about to help me, but a lady came and told him to go do something else. I ended up standing there waiting for about 5 minutes before someone helped me. When my order was finally ready, they just dropped it on the counter without saying much and still had an attitude. The whole atmosphere felt very tense and uncomfortable. I understand that people can have busy days, but the customer service could definitely be better.
- JPJennifer PimentelSep 29, 20261.0My experience at this location is usually PLEASENT but today it was NOT ME AND MY COLLEAGUE CAME TO GET OUR USUAL COFFEE AND WE WAS ON A CONFERENCE CALL WHEN MISS MARIA DECIDED TO SHUSH ME AND PROCEEDED ME TO TELL ME I WAS TOO LOUD LIKE IF I WAS HER CHILD THIS is not a ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR for a daily paying customer coming into dunkin I expect to receive the respect I giving and I always give nothing but respect to Miss Maria
