Each time we place an order, they always update the app to say it's ready, but the order is never ready The last straw was when they marked it as ready when it wasn't, yet again, and we had to end up waiting another 30 minutes for it to be ready. Mind you, this was already nearly an hour after the order was placed. I don't know why they mark the order as ready when it's not, which prompts us to come in the store, and then they make us wait another 20-30 minutes for the order to be completed. This is a regular occurrence, and we'll be heading to the location on Morris Ave instead.
- MMMoFeb 3, 20261.0I used to go here all the time. Unfortunately, it has come to an end as of Saturday January 31, 2026. I wanted to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at this location. I placed my order online and went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, there were several customers waiting in line. While observing the food preparation area, I noticed an employee (a Middle Eastern Man or he may have been Indian not sure but he had a very thick black mustache) repeatedly coughing while removing pizzas from the oven and cutting and boxing them. This occurred in close proximity to the food and without any visible attempt to step away or cover his mouth appropriately. Shortly after, I was asked if I was there to pick up my order. Due to what I had just witnessed, I immediately felt uncomfortable accepting the food and requested that my order be canceled. The situation was extremely unsanitary and raised serious concerns about health code compliance and food safety standards. The manager on duty a young man, apologized for the incident and promptly refunded my order, which I appreciate. However, the fact that this occurred at all is unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about basic hygiene practices, especially in a food service environment. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed through proper staff training and enforce health and safety protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future. Do better Dominos!
