- LLLTDApr 17, 20262.0The service is terrible at this location. We have beed to this store many times. Over at least the past year we have come to the store and, despite having the dispenser prominently displayed, it has not had unsweetend iced tea. We have gone to the counter on at least two seperate occasions, and both times, the woman at the couter (who we do not think understands english) looks at us, asks if we want another cup (which is not our question or what we are asking), then she just turns around and ignores us - twice (at least) this has happened. No effort to fix the absence of the iced tea or even an explanation. In additon, see the photo of the peanuts - a closed bag that looks like it partially has garbage in it - no peanuts in the box as most other locations have. Very disappointed. Until things change (or ownership/management changes), you lost a customer at this location. NOTE: I just read all the other “not positive reviews” and telltale evidence of an uncaring management is that its response to all negative responses are exactly the same, not personal or responsive to the issue. What a terrible way to run a business. Maybe national Five Guys should know.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
