- SCSaumit C1 day ago1.0Have been ordering from here for a couple of months and noticed they were always altering the tip provided by 2-3$ each time. Decided to neglect the first time but this kept happening repeatedly. When I called the store, a lady picked up. I asked who she was and she said she was the ‘manager’. Then when I told her about them altering the tips, she told me to call them back in the evening when the manager would be here. Goes without saying, when I trier calling in the evening, no one picked the call. Had a terrible experience and better to avoid.

I called and couldnt get through for over an hour . When i finally called back somewhere around 4pm. . .the woman i spoke to answered the phone to behin with incredibly rude and annoyed from the start. I was kind and calm until she answered a question of mine with a rude and annoyed tone which there was absolutely no need for whatsoever . Get this woman out of dealing with customers. She has no business doing so. Ill never be spending money here again. If asking a simple question about me getting MY MONEY back for an order that was canceled without explanation bothered you...maybe you need to get a new job.

Asked for a manager put me on hold for a few mins he gave it to “David” which was still Larry and acted like he was Andy person - terrible service - incompetent staff (1 person Larry and David)
