This could have easily caused serious injury if swallowed. I reached out to the company directly and shared a photo, but I have not received any response, which is extremely disappointing given the seriousness of the situation. Food safety should be a top priority, and this experience fell far below expectations. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed immediately.

I placed my first order right after they opened, and it was complete chaos. I ordered online and arrived after 45 minutes, expecting my food to be ready. Instead, I stood in line for another 15 minutes just to be told they had messed up my order. It was a simple order—fries and mozzarella sticks—and they said it would take another hour to remake it. I asked for a cancellation and refund, but the staff didn’t know how to process it. Trying to contact corporate afterward wasn’t any better—there’s no easy way to reach someone. I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, the second experience wasn’t any better. I ordered a saucy chicken burger, and it came with no sauce at all. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both order accuracy and basic customer service. Not a great experience so far.
