And as a regular client, these staff members never let me down! Having worked as a Dunkin shop manager for six years, I can honestly say that this location is among the best in the chain!
- CBChris BarborkaDec 9, 20252.0Message to the owners. As a fellow business owner I would highly recommend offering some additional training to your employees or hiring new ones. First drink was made incorrectly which was fine but the 2nd and 3rd drinks were not even hot. Luke warm. Other employee was on a call with a friend the entire time, meanwhile a long line started to form before we had a chance to get our order right so decided to just leave. Had asked for a donut to be warmed up and was told that wasn’t possible. If there actually isn’t a microwave, how hard is it to add one? You sell pastries but can’t warm them up?
