Un menú poco variado, muy mal servicio al cliente, el sabor de la comida muy extraño, y nos atendieron con ganas de que nos fuéramos desde que llegamos, no pierdan su tiempo viniendo a este restaurante, ni para pedir para llevar

Was at a party Chicago's catered the food, it was not Mexican, it was bland as hell no flavor, overpriced, I have eaten a lot of Mexican food in mexico and here, this was like hospital food, sorry to say.
One of my favorite things about Chilangos is how Leo (the owner) gets involved and jumps in to help his team when its busy. Great food and service. Been coming here for a while now.

Incredibly frustrating experience today. I came by twice trying to enjoy Cinco de Mayo/Taco Tuesday, and it turned into a mess from start to finish.
My first visit was around noon. I asked if the food truck was open so I could sit outside and enjoy the weather, and was told yes. I went outside—the sign said open—but the person in the truck told me they wouldn’t be serving until 3pm.
I came back at 3:20, and there was no one in the truck. I went inside to place a to-go order so I could still sit outside, but was told they weren’t doing takeout—yet also told the food truck was open and “coming right out.” I waited outside for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up.
When I went back inside, another waitress told me the food truck wasn’t open at all that day. As I tried to explain what had already happened, I was cut off and the owner was called over. To his credit, he let me order tacos and sit outside—but the experience didn’t improve much from there. He checked on me once by shouting from about 30 feet away, which didn’t feel particularly attentive.
To top it off, when I went to pay, I was charged $12 even though the sign at the table clearly said 3 tacos for $9 on Taco Tuesday. At that point, I was just over it.
Really disappointing—what should have been a fun, easy afternoon turned into a frustrating and disorganized experience.
