    This is the second time I’ve had lunch and both times have been great experiences. The food is above my expectations, and it’s very clean and quiet inside. The highlight of both experiences has been the service. I’m sad to say I don’t remember the waitresses name the first time I went, but today Daniel was our waiter. He was super. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, not overbearing. He genuinely seemed to hope we enjoyed our lunch. I was once a young waiter at a local restaurant and I definitely didn’t have the same positive outlook Daniel has. I wish there were more waitstaff around here as good. Whatever this restaurant is going in hiring and training their staff they are doing it right!

    We had a wonderful dining experience here, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Daniel! From the moment we sat down, they were incredible welcoming, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. They checked in on us at the perfect times, made sure our drinks were always full, and brought everything out promptly with a smile. It is rare to find service this genuinely friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back and will be asking for Daniel’s section!

    I recently had the pleasure of being served by Caleca. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring we had everything we needed. Her sensitivity to our requests and willingness to engage made our experience enjoyable. While the kitchen was unfortunately slow with food service, it was clear that Caleka was doing everything she could to keep us informed and comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and helped make the wait more bearable. Thank you, Caleca, for your dedication and excellent customer service. You made our visit memorable, and we hope to see you again soon!

    I ordered delivery on their website. It went through Google wallet and they defaulted it to door dash and input an incorrect delivery address automatically without me being notified. I called to give correct address and spoke to a rude individual who would not listen to me and told me there was nothing she could do and to contact door dash. She would not listen when told I ordered thru their website and told me not to yell at her. I had to ask for the manager who supposedly credited my Amex card. Im not sure where the error was made, door dash or BWW but they need to be more willing to help their customers immediately when they make an error. There was nowhere to input my address and they must have pinged my phone and got an incorrect address. Will never order delivery from them again.

    The second part of this review is my first visit. This is an edited review on my second visit. I had the boneless swings order of 20, and they were very, very good. Large, meaty, and great sauces. The service was good. They had all the football games on. They were definitely busy but the food came out quickly and hot and really didn't have any issues. I'd also like to thank rich and Kyle the managers who both called me because of the quality of the wings for my first visit, which I found to be very uplifting. I have a really good feeling about this Buffalo. Wild wings, I think you guys are gonna do really well. Keep up the good work. There's buffalo, wild wings is a a million times step up from the ratty, dirty TGI fridays that was there. IT'S UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN. Which Fridays was definitely not. They did an outstanding job, remodeling everything they have TV's all over the place they even have a pool table that you can play my bartender. Charles was absolutely outstanding. Great service. Great bartender. I watched him not only take care of the bar the service bar. He was also taking care of tables across the restaurant. And whenever I needed him, he was there, hence why the service stars, if I could give more than 5I would atmosphere 100%, 5 star also. Now, the food, the tater tots were great. Cannot complain about them. They were hot, they were crispy. They came out fast the wings came out. Fast also, however, the wings we'ren't really that good. Unfortunately, the thing I did like, though, was when I show Charles them immediately. He said he would get me some more and replace the ones that were there. I was in a rush so I didn't, but the offer was there now. I do understand that sometimes a batch just isn't that great wings sometimes, aren't that meaty? And sometimes they're phenomenal. I may have just gotten a bad batch. However, the offered to replace them was immediate, not even a thought. Behind it, which I respected and was thankful for so overall, the New Buffalo wild wings in Haslet, I would definitely say, yes, go. The staff was friendly, everybody was upbeat. Everybody was smiling. Which to me, is a sign of a well run restaurant from being in the industry for over thirty years. When the staff is happy, your guests are happy. So if you're looking for a place to go to watch some football for baseball or basketball or anything, really? I would definitely hit up this buff with the wild wings And you don't even need to have a seat at the bar. To be able to watch the games because when I say these plays has a lot of tvs, you could see a t v numerous tvs actually from everywhere you sit and if you do go in and do sit at the bar, make sure charles is there cause he is outstanding
