I was so excited to see that BWW was coming to my area as I had never been before. Yesterday I came in with my parents for lunch. We were not disappointed at all! We had Lainie as a server and she was very kind, helpful, and got us everything we needed. We got the chips and dip trio as an appetizer and it was very good, the salsa and queso had mild spice and the guacamole was amazing. My dad also said that his spicy margarita was the best he’s ever had before! It did take a decent while for our food to arrive, however it was very hot and fresh. That I don’t mind. All our meals were delicious too, and the tater tots were also some of the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that I found the music very loud; we mentioned this to our server and we noticed it did decrease in volume afterwards. We were appreciative of that. Overall, we would absolutely return! Give the kitchen some grace.

Had an amazing experience at the bar at the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Hazlet! The highlight of my visit was definitely Caleca, the bartender. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I sat down. She kept the conversation fun, made great recommendations, consistently made sure I had everything I needed, and made absolutely DELICIOUS drinks!!!!
Caleca has the kind of personality and customer service that makes you want to sit at the bar longer and come back again. She was personable, professional, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. It’s not often you come across a bartender who can make the entire experience feel so effortless and enjoyable.
If you’re stopping by the new Hazlet location, definitely grab a seat at the bar and ask for Caleca. She’s fantastic and deserves all the recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ate here today for the 3rd time since they opened, and unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with our experience today.
Our waitress, Sarah, was rude and made a few remarks that I did not appreciate. My “free burger,” as she put it, was extremely greasy and practically soaked in grease. My wife’s chicken sandwich became inedible before she was even halfway through it because the chicken was extremely tough.
We would have spoken to management, but unfortunately, we had an appointment and did not have the time to do so.
I’m mainly looking for improvement and consistency from this location. I say consistency because this was my second time having the burger and my wife’s third time having the chicken sandwich. Our first two visits were great, which is why today’s experience was so disappointing. It was literally night and day compared with our previous experiences.
I also hope management takes the comments about the service seriously. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected by their server.
Hopefully, this was just a bad day and future visits will be more consistent with the great experiences we had when we first came here.

This restaurant just opened, and unfortunately, they have a lot to work on. The wait was not my issue, and the waitress was actually not bad. My biggest concern was the food and, even more so, the lack of basic hygiene in the kitchen.
Everyone in the kitchen was working around the food without hairnets or gloves, and people were talking directly over the food. What really shocked me was seeing a young boy and another young girl in the kitchen wiping their noses with their hands and then continuing to handle things without washing their hands.
I asked the waitress to cancel everything. She asked if I wanted to speak with a manager, and I said no. How can a manager tell employees to follow proper hygiene practices when he is in the kitchen himself without a hairnet or gloves and not setting that example?
I understand that the restaurant just opened and that they may still be working out some things, but food safety and cleanliness should never be something you have to “work out.” Unfortunately, I will never go back. This experience was extremely concerning, and proper food-handling practices are important for everyone's health.

I hate leaving negative reviews, especially for a restaurant that’s only been open for a few days because I understand there are going to be growing pains. However, this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it’s important to share.
I placed a pickup order through the Buffalo Wild Wings app at 7:26 PM. At checkout, the app estimated my order would be ready in about 15 minutes, so I arrived roughly 20 minutes later expecting it to be ready or close to it.
Instead, I was told my order wouldn’t be ready until 8:20 PM, nearly an hour after I had placed it. Had the app provided an accurate pickup time, I would have ordered elsewhere.
I spoke with the manager, Lucas, who was professional, polite and did everything he could to help. While I was waiting, I overheard employees discussing issues with the pickup order system, so it seems there may be a disconnect between the app and the kitchen. If that’s the case, it needs to be addressed immediately because it’s creating unrealistic expectations for customers.
When 8:20 PM came and went, my food still wasn’t ready. I asked to speak with Lucas again, and he checked on my order, assuring me it would be out shortly. Twenty more minutes passed with no update. At that point, I had been waiting well over an hour and was ready to request a refund.
Then, suddenly, my food came out.
What made the experience even more confusing was that my receipt showed 8:20 PM. It honestly made me wonder whether the kitchen didn’t even begin preparing my order until that time instead of when it was placed. If that’s how the system is working, that’s a major flaw.
The biggest issue wasn’t even the wait. It was the lack of communication. When I first arrived, no one explained that there would be such a significant delay. Throughout the wait, every update was simply “a couple more minutes,” which turned into another 20 minutes, then another. If delays are happening, be upfront about them. Customers are generally understanding when they’re given honest expectations. Offer options, apologize for the inconvenience or provide realistic timelines. Leaving customers in the dark only adds to the frustration.
Again, I want to recognize Lucas because he handled the situation as professionally as he could and was courteous every time I spoke with him. This review is not a reflection of his effort. It’s a reflection of a pickup ordering process that clearly isn’t working and a lack of communication that turned what should have been a quick pickup into an hour-and-a-half ordeal.
I truly hope Buffalo Wild Wings gets these issues resolved because I know they’re new and I want them to succeed. However, based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to use the pickup service again until the ordering system and customer communication improve.
