  Usually this place is decent, we haven’t had issues. But today we went to the drive thru and asked for a cheesy roll up, which is just a tortilla and cheese. The person taking our order nastily said “we don’t have any” and the refused to answer us when we asked if they were out of anything else and refused to take any more of our order. There was no one else on line and 2 cars in the parking lot, so I’m doubting it was busy. And to not even respond after rudely telling us you were “out” of cheesy roll ups??? Sounds like this store needs a re-training.

  We ordered two luxe boxes for dine in. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. I asked the manager why it took so long and I didn't even get a response. The food was terrible. The taco shells were all broken, the burritos didn't have any beef in them only beans and cheese. Tried to complain but the manager was no where to be found.

  Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. Ordered my food at 12:10 and as I’m sending this review at 12:30, it’s still not done
