I used to work at Dunkin and we never did things like this.. Costumer service sucked n would hate to come back.

This time I was beyond disappointed. The young man who seemed to be the only employee was playing on his phone when we entered. He never even looked up from his screen. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes while he was playing his game. I asked if there was anyone else in there who could help me. He stood up from the chair he was sitting in and walked over to the counter. I tried to joke with him that someone left a mess for him as the only two other tables were covered with ice cream mess that was drying on the table and floor. My husband went to the bathroom and let the young man know there was no soap in the men’s room. The man said nothing. My husband ordered a coffee and I went to the ladies room and promptly left. It was filthy and there was no toilet paper or soap in that bathroom either. I told the young man, but he was already back on his phone with another round of his game and couldn’t be bothered to look up. So I left without ordering anything. I am so sad to have seen the state of this store.
- MKMichael KeoughMay 29, 20261.0The more recent owners (about a year or so) seemed to do things much better in the early months. More recently, service has slowed down, and when I ask for decaf coffee, they've given me old coffee out of the red lighted expired vat, unless I specifically request a fresher cup. Even then, I've noticed the workers haven't removed the old decaf coffee and rinsed out the vat like is supposed to be done for the long-sittung old expired timed coffee with a red light. Instead, I noticed that they just add a portion of new coffee to the old coffee, and sell that. This actually is an insult to a customer. Subsequently, the coffee is terrible quality and taste. I DO NOT GO TO A DUNKIN and PAY THEIR HIGHER PRICES for coffee to get old stale tasting coffee mixed with a portion of freshly made coffee. I expect a good tasting higher quality cup of decaf coffee if I go to any Dunkin location, as it is "supposed" to be! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
