  I ordered at the drive-through yesterday and this gentleman who took my order gave me a total that was very high for what i ordered. didnt give a receipt either. when i ask for one, i saw he put a 4$ tip for himself that i never authorized. it’s been stuck on my mind since yesterday. folks, order online. is better pricing so these workers dont steal ur money or just go somewhere else cause if they can do that, lord only know what else they are doing in there

  LAZY! Paid $9 for a cup of vanilla ice cream with an ounce of cookie on top. This is 100% not a sonic blast. Had 4 of these in my order. TRASH. Wasted $40

  Need to hire more staff, can’t believe it took 30 minutes to get an order that i place in 10 minutes before even getting there. i understand it’s overwhelming for the staff to get things done get done quick when they are understaffed. Great costumer service, awful management. Like come on now, on a sunday evening you have two people on the clock to carry the shift ?? Ridiculous.
